Our Crystal Tones® singing bowls are the finest Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls made of the highest quality quartz crystals, gemstones and precious metals, producing the purest harmony and tone. These sessions are further enhanced by the soothing and healing energies of plants in aromatherapy, using Plant Prana™ Essential Oil, the highest and purest energy vibration essential oil in the market.
How Sound Bathing Works: Taking a sound bath is taking a holistic approach to relaxation and healing and a perfect escape from the modern stresses of life. A sound bath can cleanse your soul and restore your balance.
What to Expect: Sound bathing generally starts with you laying down. You will be guided through a light breathing exercise which is enhanced by the featured essential oil for the session (each participant will be handed an oil strip for this segment). During the sound bathing, your facilitators will use a variety of tools to create sonic space - a collection of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, pyramids etc. These sound waves are know to trigger the creation of theta brain waves associated with deep relaxation and healing.
What to Wear: Warm, comfortable and flexible clothing.
What to Bring: Yoga mat(s), Blanket, Bolster, Water Bottle (and anything else you feel will bring you comfortable laying on the wood flooring). Come with Your Intentions and Positive Energy.
How to Prepare: Eat light healthy food and keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Sound waves travel better through water. When you are well hydrated, you will have a better experience.
When to Arrive: Doors open at 2:45, try to arrive 10-15 minutes prior.
